The Pocono Gold Discount Card is not just some paper directory or coupon book. It is a custom card designed specifically for the Pocono’s, not Allentown, Scranton or Easton. ONLY businesses in the Pocono’s (Monroe, Carbon, Wayne & Pike Counties) are able to participate. The cards help show community support and can help build a loyal customer base.
All cards have an expiration date of December 31st. This allows your organization to sell these little money makers year after year and continue to profit from them.

Extremely Easy to Sell
How many people do you know who like to save money? Do you look through the newspapers cutting coupons or go on the internet to print coupons? Everyone enjoys saving money but now you no longer need to cut or print coupons. These cards give your supporters a chance to save $100's each year, that makes them extremely easy to sell. They also make great gifts!

For every 100 cards you sell, your organization will earn an additional $100.
2 Available Options:
1) NO Minimums
There is no minimum order with our standard
cards; these are NOT personalized with your group's name. Purchase a couple so you have a product to show while taking orders. This way you'll have a few on hand if someone wants the card right away and doesn't want to wait to begin their
savings. Then, if you choose, you can have them
personalized with your group's name when you have an order of 20 or more, see Option 2.
2) Customized Cards
Pocono Gold Discount Cards are a great way to have a fundraiser specific to your group because the cards can be customized with your group's name. This helps your supporters remember where they purchased the card so they can do so year after year.
If you'd like personalized cards, the minimum order is ONLY 20 and payment is due when the cards are ordered. This is one of the lowest minimums of any of the discount card/book programs which makes the program accessible to groups of all sizes.
Order ONLY what you think you'll sell and then reorder as necessary.
Start selling the cards in September and give your supporters EVEN MORE VALUE. Cards are accepted at the businesses from September to the following December (16 months of saving). Get a jump-start on selling them and your supporters will get an additional 4 months to use the cards which adds up to more savings.
You may sell the cards for less then $20 reducing your profit on each card although it may help you to sell more and reach your bonus of $100 per 100 sold. This is a good idea also if you're selling the cards after March. You'll earn money for your organization and your supporters will be happy that you started their savings. All cards will be printed with $20 on them so supporters will see that you've saved them money.
What makes us different from other Discount Programs?

If you want to take orders, let us know and we'll give you order forms when you're ready to begin. You can copy letters from our website to send home to parents or your supporters. See our Fundraising Success Manual for ideas. We want your fundraiser to be as profitable, fun and easy as possible.
New Businesses are being Added Regularly
You'll receive the most updated list of participating businesses for each card ordered to give to purchasers. Because new businesses are being added regularly, cardholders should check the website for additional savings and sign up for our monthly e-mail updates (see left hand column above) . You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter for live updates as new businesses sign up thus increasing the value to card holders.
Card Facts
- The cards are gold with black print. This not only looks great, but also black on gold makes it easy to read.
- They're the size of a credit card, which makes them easy to carry.
- Your organizations name can be printed on the front of the card. People will remember where they purchased their cards and will come back to your organization year after year to purchase them again.
- The cards sell for $20, your organization earns anything above the $10 purchase price + bonuses
- New offers are added regularly increasing the value to cardholders
- Expiration dates on all cards are December 31
