It was a relief to find a notary conveniently located on Main Street in downtown Stroudsburg. The free service, a $5 value was the "icing on the cake." I also discovered that Richmond & Associates, LLC also offers insurance at competitive rates and motor vehicles title transfers, tags and instant registration services under one roof. Check out their website, this business is great find!
